Dear Colleagues

On behalf of the Institute of Hospital Engineering, Australia (IHEA), it is my pleasure to invite you to participate in the IHEA 59th National Conference in Canberra. This year’s theme “Environmental Management Think Nationally ACT locally” reflects the urgency of the topic in today’s health management climate. Both environmentally and economically speaking, the only way forward is to develop strategies that deal with the increasing impact on the environment alongside continual decrease in funding.

The 2008 conference will consist of a mixture of plenary sessions and social activities providing much variety and enticing a greater attendance from those in our industry.
